Thank you for considering Bullion.com, LLC. for your precious metal needs. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

We offer the option for a refund, return, or exchange on your purchase. You must contact us within 5 days from the delivery date of your order to be eligible. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date for a return authorization number by email at [email protected] or by phone at 833-629-3927. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.

Bullion.com, LLC. has the right to charge a restocking fee of $35 as well as a market loss fee at our discretion. The product must be in its original condition to be eligible for a return. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We have the right to reject any return that does not follow these requirements.

Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and verified. For Cryptocurrency refunds, these will be issued by BitPay at the USD exchange rate at the time of the refund. At our discretion, we have the option to issue store credit instead of a cash refund.
