What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, Bank Wire, and electronic Check on our website and by phone, and PayPal and BitPay on our website.

Are there any minimums or maximums for orders?

We have an Order minimum of twenty (20) ounces for Silver, one (1) ounce for Gold, and one (1) ounce for Platinum. This is subject to change, and we have the right to change this at our discretion.

For Large Orders We have the right to require a deposit for a large Order ($500,000 USD or more in total). Please call us at 833-629-3927 if you are interested in placing an Order of this size. The deposit amount will be at our discretion. Bank wires are the only accepted form of payment for an Order of this size.

Can I switch my order payment method?

Yes. Please give us a call at 1-833-629-3927 for assistance in updating your payment method.

How do I pay using electronic Check(eCheck)?

To pay by electronic check, select “eCheck” as your payment method and add your check details to confirm your order. We hold all electronic check payments for five business days before we release your order.

How do I pay using Bank Wire?

To pay by Bank Wire, select Bank Wire as your payment method and confirm your order. You will need to contact your bank to send Bullion.com a Same Day Bank Wire and reference your order confirmation number. Our bank details will be provided on your order confirmation email. Once we receive your payment, we will send a payment confirmation email to you as well.

How do I pay using cryptocurrency?

When you select pay by cryptocurrency on our website and confirm your order, you will receive an invoice from BitPay to your email address. You need to pay this invoice within 15 minutes.

Can I pay using PayPal?

Yes. You can pay using PayPal on our website.

Can I pay using a credit or debit card?

Yes. You can pay using a credit or debit card both on our website and when ordering over the phone.

How long do I have to send payment?

For bank wire, we require payment within one (1) business day to prevent your order from being cancelled.

Have you received my payment?

We send a payment confirmation email once your payment has been received. You can confirm your payment has been sent on your order under “My Orders” when logged in. You can also reach us by phone at 1-833-629-3927 to confirm your payment has been received.
