Once your order is confirmed, it is locked in accordance with our Market Loss and Cancellation Policy. We do not accept changes to orders after they have been placed.
We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. At our discretion, we may but are not obligated to provide you with the option for a return or exchange on your purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by emailing [email protected] or calling 833-629-3927 within 6 Business Days from the delivery date of your Order. If approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
For approved returns and exchanges, Bullion.com has the right to charge a restocking fee of $35 plus any Market Loss at our discretion. The product must be in its original condition to be eligible for a return. The return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We have the right to reject any return that does not follow these requirements.
Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and verified. For Cryptocurrency refunds, these will be issued by BitPay at the USD exchange rate at the time of the refund. At our discretion, we have the option to issue store credit instead of a cash refund.
